-Would you be willing to change your spec when we ask you to for profound reasons? Well changing a spec means changing a role for a paladin. I am willing to tank occasionally such as 3tanking Dark Shamans but I prefer to play a dps for most fights for now.

-Why have you chosen these specific ones for your character? They offer the best perks for a raiding ret/prot paladin.

Your raid experience
-What is your current raid experience in MoP? I have done some heroic raiding in MSV on my horde paladin, then I did a little bit of heroic raiding on this character during t14 as well. I only raided normal in ToT and SoO so far.
-Do you have any raid experience prior to MoP? I raided some heroics during tier 11 and Firelands on my old server (Drak'thul EU).
-Were you ever an officer/guildleader or raidleader in any of your previous guilds? Yes, back on Drak'thul.
-What is your experience on other classes? I played some other classes (a mage, resto druid, rogue, a death knight). Currently my best geared/raid ready alt is my DK (http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/silvermoon/Kerena/advanced).

-Where did you hear about Lethal Instinct? I saw your advertisment about moving to Silvermoon in trade chat.
-What is your current guild/server? Silvermoon, I'm not in a raiding guild ATM.
-Why do you want to leave your current guild?
-Why do you want to join Lethal Instinct? I'm tired of pugging normal modes and looking for a serious heroic guild to raid with.
-We raid 4 days a week Wed / Thurs / Mon / Thu (after progress is done we raid 1-2 days a week) from 19:00-23:00 server time and we expect you to be there with an attendance over 80%. will this be a problem for you? No, it won't.
